  We begin with Lady's Mantle and use an alcohol extraction process to draw out the herb's naturally occurring plant compounds, including its tannins, flavonoids and other water- and alcohol-soluble constituents. • ◄What is the recommended dosage for NatroVital Lady's Mantle?

  The daily adult dose is 5 mL, divided into two serves of 2.5 mL — one in the morning and one in the evening. One mL is approximately 20 drops. Add each dose to a small glass of water or juice, drink immediately, and swirl the glass to ensure any remaining liquid is also consumed. Dosages may vary depending on individual needs and practitioner guidance.

  ◄Are there any contraindications for using NatroVital Lady's Mantle?

  Lady's Mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) is generally well tolerated when used at normal herbal dosages.

  Pregnancy: Lady's Mantle is contraindicated during pregnancy because of its traditional uterine-stimulating action and the possibility that it may encourage uterine contractions. It should therefore not be taken during pregnancy.

  Oral medicines: Lady's Mantle contains naturally occurring tannins, which may bind to some substances in the digestive tract and reduce their absorption when taken at the same time. As a precaution, Lady's Mantle should be taken at least two hours away from oral prescription medicines.

  Iron and other mineral supplements: Tannins can also reduce the absorption of minerals, particularly iron. Lady's Mantle should therefore be taken at least two hours away from iron supplements and preferably away from other mineral supplements such as zinc, magnesium and calcium.
