    NatroVital Ships Worldwide

    NatroVital ships Australia wide and to most countries worldwide. We aim to pack and dispatch orders promptly while providing clear delivery information for both Australian and international customers.

    Australian Orders

    NatroVital offers FREE standard shipping on all orders over $175.00 within Australia.

    We ship Australia wide and offer standard or express postage to business, residential, PO Box and parcel locker addresses.

    NatroVital aims to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of placement. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

    We use Australia Post or selected courier services for the delivery of Australian orders.

    Standard parcel delivery times are generally between 3–14 business days, depending on location.

    Express delivery times are generally between 1–7 business days, depending on location.

    Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to location, weather events, public holidays, peak shipping periods, courier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

    Tracking

    Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, where tracking is available.

    If an email address is not provided at checkout, we may be unable to send tracking updates.

    Shipping Insurance

    We strongly recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout, particularly for glass bottles, refrigerated products, probiotics and higher-value orders.

    If shipping insurance is purchased and your parcel is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the outer packaging, damaged product and shipping label where possible. Once the claim has been assessed and approved, we will arrange a replacement product at our expense.

    If shipping insurance is not selected, damage claims may need to be taken up directly with Australia Post or the relevant courier. In these cases, NatroVital may not be able to provide a replacement or refund.

    Lost Parcels

    If a parcel is lost in transit and Australia Post or the courier confirms that the parcel cannot be located, NatroVital will follow up with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange for the order to be replaced.

    If tracking shows that the parcel was delivered, left in a safe place, or delivery evidence has been provided by Australia Post or the courier, the customer may need to raise the matter directly with the carrier. NatroVital is unable to replace orders where the carrier has confirmed delivery and the parcel has later gone missing from the delivery location.

    Authority to Leave / Safe Drop

    If a parcel is marked as delivered, left in a safe place, or proof of delivery has been provided by Australia Post or the courier, NatroVital cannot accept responsibility for parcels that subsequently go missing from the delivery location.

    If you are concerned about parcel security, we recommend choosing a secure delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel.

    Incorrect Address, Delivery Changes & Returned Parcels

    Please make sure your phone number, shipping address and email address are correct when placing your order. Your phone number or email address may be used by the courier company if there is a problem with delivery.

    Once a parcel has been packed, shipped or collected by the courier, we are unable to cancel the order or change the phone number, delivery address, email address or delivery instructions.

    NatroVital is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, returned, incorrectly delivered or lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

    If a parcel is returned to NatroVital due to an incorrect address, failed delivery or failure to collect from the post office or courier collection point, the customer will be responsible for return-to-sender fees and any reshipping costs.

    Current return-to-sender fees are generally:

    • $15 for domestic Australian orders,
    • $25 for international orders.

    These fees may vary depending on the carrier and will be passed on to the customer where applicable.

    Refrigerated & Temperature-Sensitive Products

    Products such as probiotics are refrigerated prior to dispatch and packed with care to help maintain quality during transit.

    We recommend selecting Express Shipping for refrigerated or temperature-sensitive products where possible, particularly during warmer weather.

    While every effort is made to protect these products during transit, delivery timeframes and temperatures once dispatched are outside of NatroVital’s direct control.

    International Orders

    NatroVital ships to most countries worldwide. If your country does not appear in the shopping cart at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

    NatroVital aims to dispatch international orders within 1–2 business days of placement. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

    We use Australia Post for the delivery of international orders.

    Australia Post offers trackable international services such as Standard Post and Express Post, depending on the destination country and available shipping options.

    Australia Post may also offer Economy Post to some destinations. Please note that Economy Post may not include tracking or proof of delivery. NatroVital will not be responsible for lost parcels sent via Economy Post where tracking or proof of delivery is not available.

    Tracking details will be provided by email where available, except for services that do not include tracking.

    International Import Duties, Taxes & Customs

    International customers are responsible for checking their country’s customs laws, import regulations, duties, taxes and product restrictions before placing an order.

    Depending on your country’s legislation, you may be required to pay import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees or handling fees. These charges are separate from NatroVital’s shipping charges and may be billed directly by the shipping carrier or customs authority.

    Customs duties, brokerage fees and tax rates vary from country to country. NatroVital has no control over these charges.

    NatroVital is not responsible for delays, customs holds, rejected parcels, seized parcels, import restrictions or additional charges imposed by international customs authorities.

    Declaration of Value & Product Description

    International shipments are processed with a commercial invoice, which is required for items shipped internationally.

    Customs authorities may request additional information based on local laws and regulations. Due to the complexity of some requests, we cannot guarantee that all additional information requested by customs can be provided.

    These requests may vary depending on the order value, destination country, local regulations and other factors outside our control.
